How do I get my $100 Visa gift card?
Book a qualifying hotel stay of two or more consecutive nights for stays between July 6 and September 30, 2026, through NewOrleans.com. Your $100 digital Visa gift card will be emailed to the address used at booking on the calendar date of your check-in.

Do I have to book through NewOrleans.com, or can I call the hotel directly?
You must book through NewOrleans.com to qualify. Reservations made directly with the hotel, through a third-party booking site, or by phone are not eligible for this offer.

If I book multiple rooms in one reservation, do I get a gift card for each room?
No. One gift card is issued per qualifying reservation, regardless of how many rooms are included. A single reservation for three rooms over two or more consecutive nights is one qualifying booking event and earns one $100 gift card.
What if I extend my stay after I've already booked? Do I still qualify?
Your original qualifying reservation stays eligible as booked. If a reservation is later modified so it no longer meets the two-consecutive-night minimum, the gift card tied to it may be withheld or revoked. Contact us at 504-300-8310 or reservations@bookripe.com before making changes if you have questions about your eligibility.
Can I split my stay across two hotels and still qualify?
Yes — a stay split across two different properties can qualify for two separate gift cards, since each is a genuine, separate reservation. This is different from booking two short reservations at the same hotel back-to-back, which is limited by the two-night gap rule above.
What if I book now but my stay is outside the July 6 to September 30, 2026, window?
Your stay dates must fall within the promotional window of July 6 through September 30, 2026. Bookings for stays outside that range are not eligible, regardless of when the reservation was made. Gift cards are also limited in supply: qualifying reservations are honored in the order booked, and once the allotted supply has been claimed, the offer will be removed from NewOrleans.com. Reservations made before that point will still be honored; new reservations made after that point will not qualify, even if the stay dates fall within the window.
Is there a blackout date or hotel exclusion list?
Participating hotels are listed on NewOrleans.com. Not all properties may be included. Check the offer page for a current list of eligible hotels before booking.
Where can I use the $100 Visa gift card?
Anywhere Visa is accepted, including restaurants, bars, shops, attractions, and more throughout New Orleans and beyond.
Do I have to use the gift card in New Orleans?
There's no requirement that the gift card be used in New Orleans — although we hope that you do!
What if I don't receive my gift card by check-in?
On the calendar date of your check-in, the gift card will be emailed to the address used to book the reservation. Check your spam or junk folder first. If it hasn't arrived by the end of your check-in day, contact us at 504-300-8310 or reservations@bookripe.com , and we'll look into it.
I'm a travel agent or travel advisor booking on behalf of clients. Does this offer apply?
This promotion is available for individual travelers booking directly through NewOrleans.com for personal travel. Reservations made by travel agents, advisors, or third parties on behalf of clients are not eligible for the gift card offer.
Can I book a refundable reservation, get the gift card, and then cancel?
Gift cards are issued after the cancellation window has closed on the date of check-in, not at the time of booking. Canceling your reservation will disqualify you from receiving the gift card, and any card issued in error prior to cancellation may be voided.
Is there a minimum room rate or hotel tier required to qualify?
There is no minimum room rate required. Any qualifying hotel available through NewOrleans.com is eligible, provided the stay meets the 2-night minimum and falls within the promotional window.
