Compère Lapin invites you to experience their bold and flavorful COOLinary menu, blending Caribbean flair with New Orleans soul in a vibrant three-course prix-fixe offering for $58 per person (plus tax & gratuity). The meal begins with a choice of Curried Beef Meatballs with plantain crisps, a refreshing Heirloom Tomato & Peach salad with coconut dressing, or Chilled Melon Soup with marinated vegetables and pickled shrimp. For the second course, guests can choose from Buttermilk Gnocchi with corn, coconut, and soft herbs, or Snapper in a rich tomato and okra choka. Dessert brings a sweet finish with either a Sweet Potato Parfait or a decadent Spiced Chocolate Semifreddo with passionfruit and mint. Wine, beer, or house-made mocktails are also available. LGD’s lush and local-centric restaurant, The Bower, is doing COOLinary 2026 in style. From August 1-31, guests can enjoy a three-course dinner featuring seasonal, chef-driven dishes for $52 (plus tax & gratuity). Start with honey thyme biscuits for the table, and your choice of bold first-course flavors such as Squash Carpaccio with goat cheese, basil, corn & leek vinaigrette, Calabrian Pesto Shrimp with avocado mousse, Persian cucumber vinaigrette, and smoked trout roe, or creamy Whipped Feta with house-pickles and grilled baguette. For the second course, select from standout entrées like Conchiglie with veal meatballs, smoky vodka sauce, bacon, pangrattato; Pork Milanese with olive salad, peppadew peppers, mint, grilled mortadella, lemon aioli; or Basil Spaghetti with a green pesto sauce, burrata, preserved lemon, oven-dried cherry tomatoes, and sunflower seeds. Start with a choice of a refreshing house-made beverage, like the tropical Lazy Tiger (rum, strawberry, coconut, lime), the Lil’ Pretty (tequila, peach syrup, Aperol, lime), or the earthy-sweet Ube Matcha (available hot or iced). Join Tujague’s for COOLinary 2026 and indulge in a specially curated three-course dinner menu available for $48 per person (plus tax & gratuity). For the first course, enjoy bold starters like Fried Eggplant Fingers, Crabmeat Ravigote, or a vibrant Summer Salad. The second course offers rich Creole and Southern flavors with options including Seafood Stuffed Gulf Fish, Pork Escalope Panné, Marinated Grilled Flank Steak, the famous Chicken Bonne Femme, or a Vegetable Risotto with peppers, onions, tomato, and a grilled balsamic portobello cap.
