How It Works
1. Buy the Pass
Choose your pass and complete your purchase securely online. Takes less than 2 minutes

3. Start Exploring
Use the "Explore" tab in the app to find your favorite attractions. Click on an attraction and "Redeem" it to add the attraction to your good times pass.
*You can pick 4 attractions from Pool A and 2 attractions from Pool B (6 total). Your Good Times Pass QR Code will work to get into each attraction you redeemed.

2. Download the App & Activate
Receive an email with your unique pass code and instructions to download the Smartvisit App. You can also find the Smartvisit App in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

4. Show QR code at the door
Present the QR code at the gate of each participating attraction. You can get to your QR code at any time from the Passes button on the toolbar of the Explore tab.

What is the cancellation policy for attractions that require an advanced booking?
There is no cancellation policy for the attractions that require an advanced booking. If you require a change to an advanced booking that has been confirmed, contact the attraction directly to inquire as to availability to adjust your date or time of visit.
Where can I view each attraction’s hours of operation?
Hours of operation can be found within the Good Times Pass app on each attraction listing. Hours are subject to change, and we recommend confirming hours with the attraction prior to your arrival. Each attraction website, phone number and email are noted in the Good Times Pass app for convenience.
How do I access the Good Times Pass?
After you complete your Pass purchase, you will receive a confirmation email both a confirmation email for your transaction and an email with your Good Times Pass booking confirmation number(s) and a link to download the Smartvisit mobile app. Upon downloading the Smartvisit app, you will enter the booking confirmation number(s) where prompted within the app, and you will have access to your Good Times Pass, and the included attractions in the Pass.
What if I do not receive a confirmation email after I complete my purchase?

How do I use my Good Times Pass?

Your pass includes access to the Good Times Pass 6 credits that can be redeemed for your choice of benefits offered by participating attractions and tour experiences (refer to “Tours and Attractions” for listing of all offers).

To redeem an offer, select the tour or activity operator and select “Redeem.” On redemption you will be required to either present your Pass or a unique ticket, which will be downloaded to the APP, for scanning by the Attraction Operator.

Some tours and activities need reservations to be made in advance - and are subject to availability. When you select “Redeem” for those tours and activities, further instructions will be provided as to how to confirm your desired date / time of visit.

Some experiences cannot be redeemed until you are physically present at the location.

Are there separate Good Times Pass options for adults and children?
No, the Good Times Pass is a single price only and offers great value for the entire family.
Do I have to use the Good Times Pass on consecutive days?
The Good Times Pass may be used anytime over a period of 10 days after the first user/redemption; and not required for consecutive day use.

Tip: if you make your first redemption on a Friday or Saturday, this offers you two weekends to enjoy all the great experiences on the Good Times Pass!
Do I need to select the attractions when I purchase the Good Times Pass?
You do not need to select your attractions at the time of purchase, providing you with greater flexibility if you change your mind regarding the attractions you wish to visit. Please note however that some attractions do require advanced bookings.
If I download the Smartvisit app now and enter my Good Times Pass number, will that start the validity of the Pass?
No. The validity period of your Pass will begin when you visit the first attraction, or, if earlier, on the date you have a reservation for your first attraction visit. You can download your Pass at any time prior to when you wish to start using it, without activating the validity period. We recommend downloading before arrival and even use the app’s great map features to plan your days here!
Can I buy the Good Times Pass as a gift?
Yes. The Good Times Pass is an excellent gift idea for friends and relatives. The recipient can choose what they want to do and when, subject to the Pass expiration date. The 10-day validity period of Passes is activated on the first attraction visit or the selected reservation date for the first attraction visit.
Is transportation included with the Good Times Pass?
The Good Times Pass offers two attraction choices that may assist with your transportation needs in the city. The Pass includes the option to enjoy unlimited riding on Regional Transit Authority (RTA) buses, streetcars, and ferries via the 3-Day Jazzy Pass and a day pass on the City Sightseeing Hop-On, Hop-Off Bus. Either of these can be one of your six choices within the Good Times Pass.
Can I visit the same attraction more than once?
The Good Times Pass is only valid for one redemption per use at an attraction.
What if an attraction is fully booked or unavailable during my visit?
It is best to make reservations for those attractions that require advance booking once you have completed your purchase of the Good Times Pass and added it to your Good Times Pass app wallet. If your attraction is not available during your visit, there are over 25 attractions to choose from over the 10-day validity period of the Good Times Pass.
Do I need an internet connection to use the Good Times Pass?
The Good Times Pass requires a cellular or wifi internet connection to utilize the Pass application.
What happens if I lose my mobile phone or it runs out of battery?
The Good Times Pass requires a mobile phone for you or one of your members of your party. If you can't access your pass, contact the Smartvisit Customer Service Team via the chat function within the Smartvisit App or by email at info@smartvisit.com or on Whatsapp chat on +1 213-354-1860. The Smartvisit Customer Service team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Can I extend the 10-day validity period after the first use?
The Good Times Pass is valid for 10 days, and a new Pass can be purchased as required.
What happens if an attraction closes unexpectedly during my visit?
If your attraction is not available during your visit, there are over 25 attractions to choose from over the 10-day validity period of the Good Times Pass.
What does the Booking Required filter mean on the SmartVisit app?
Booking Required means that a reservation must be made for entry with that attraction. Some of these reservations must be made in advance. These attractions include Gray Line's experiences, the New Orleans School of Cooking, Pirates of the Quarter, Steamboat Natchez, Gallier House, Hermann-Grima House, and The Historic New Orleans Collection. Be sure to book these experiences before your visit.
Other attractions require a same day booking to be made on-site. These include Audubon, City Sightseeing, the National World War II Museum, and the RTA. For these experiences, simply select Redeem when you arrive and are ready to scan into the experience.
