You’ll walk away from this event having had one-on-one conversations with winemakers and chefs, with a fresh, new appreciation for wine and food. Vinola is Thursday, June 6 at the Orpheum Theater. General admission tickets are $215 and VIP tickets are $280.

Tournament of the Rosés

Tournament of the Rosés is back for a sixth year on Friday, June 7. Taste through premier rosés- both still and sparklers- from France, Spain, Italy, United States, and the Southern Hemisphere. Enjoy tasty bites from New Orleans restaurants and tunes from a DJ. Indulge in a specialty sparkling sector featuring bubbles beyond the rosé realm and a spirited cocktail garden. The location is Generations Hall and general admission tickets are $129, with a VIP option for $195.

What’s the best way to get around at NOWFE?

While NOWFE events take place all over town, a large number of events are located in the Warehouse District near the Convention Center. For events outside of the Warehouse District, transportation options include the bus, streetcars, taxis, and rideshare. Take a look at our transportation guide to New Orleans here.

What should I wear to NOWFE?

NOWFE is traditionally held in June, a sunny and warm month here in New Orleans. Pack the shorts, t-shirts, linen, and sundresses to show out in style. None of NOWFE’s events include a mandatory dress code, however, we advise dressing from casual to smart casual. If you’re headed to an event or wine dinner at a restaurant, make sure to check the restaurant’s website, as they may require a dress code.

What can I do in New Orleans outside of NOWFE?

Outside of NOWFE, June in New Orleans is full of fun and free events. Both the New Orleans Pride Parade and the French Quarter Creole Tomato Fest typically occur on the same weekend. See our 10 Things to Do in June here and attend two events in one visit to NOLA! Find our full calendar of events here.
