For a limited time, the Disney Magic is offering a selection of four, five, and seven-night Bahamian and Caribbean cruises porting out of New Orleans. 

Like New Orleans, the Disney Magic is filled with both family-friendly and adult-approved fun for all. The 11-deck ship comes complete with main areas, family areas, youth areas, adult areas, and different dining options. Pools, salons, cafes, lounges, youth centers, theaters and more are among the special amenities that can be found throughout the ship.

With 7 cruises available in 2024, guests have the opportunity to extend their stay and enjoy local events during the beloved Mardi Gras season in New Orleans – two unforgettable vacations in one. Here are the dates for Disney Magic cruises overlapping with Mardi Gras:

Disney Magic Staterooms

A selection of perfectly tailored staterooms are available to the wide range of family and party sizes that the Disney Magic hosts. Guests can choose from Concierge, Verandah, Oceanview and Inside staterooms. All rooms come equipped with individual climate control, refrigerator, ample closet space, hair dryer, HD television and much more. Square footage, premium amenities and oceanside view vary by stateroom type.

Disney Magic Entertainment

Cruising with Disney Magic offers an abundance of guest entertainment and activities. The Walt Disney Theatre features daily showings of highly anticipated Disney releases and beloved classics. The Walt Disney Theatre hosts an exclusive selection of live, Broadway-style performances for families to enjoy. Onboard programming also features a number of deck parties, characters meet and greets, and daily activities throughout the ship.

Disney Magic Recreation

Days at sea aboard the Disney Magic allows guests the opportunity to explore the many recreational features of the ship. A healthy mixture of family-friendly, adult-exclusive, and youth-approved areas can be found throughout the Wonder.

Disney’s Oceaneer Club and Lab are reserved for all guests ages 3-12. Special features of the spaces include Marvel’s Super Hero Academy, arts & crafts sessions, science experiments, cooking classes and much more.

Tweens and teens have the opportunity to chill, mix and mingle with each other at Edge and the Vibe. These dorm-inspired spaces are the perfect places for cruisers their age to meet, watch TV, listen to music and engage.

The Senses Spa, Quiet Cove and a selection of late-night lounges and clubs are available to guests 18+. Spend some time alone and unwind in the middle of the sea. Liquor and wine tasting seminars, trivia, relaxing spa services and a number of other adult-only activities can be enjoyed during your cruise.

A total of three themed pools including Goofy’s Pool for the entire family, the AquaLab water park for youth, and the adults-only Quiet Cove Pool fill deck 9.

Dining

Guests will have access to 8 different dining options aboard the Disney Magic. Rapunzel’s Royal Table, Animator’s Palate and Lumiere’s are main dining areas, which feature rotational dining service or daily menus. Palo serves classic Northern Italian cooking with a modern twist at this chic adult-exclusive restaurant—it’s a feast for the senses! Casual dining options can also be found throughout the day for quick service and light bites. The Cabanas is the Wonder’s inviting beach boardwalk boasting fresh flavor favorites for breakfast and lunch. Their menu features globally inspired cuisines and American classics. Stop by Duck-In Diner for poolside burgers, fries, gyros, chicken tenders and a new daily special and plant-based options. A favorite among the ship’s youth is Pinocchio’s Pizzeria, which offers a daily selection of pizza by the slice. Breakfast in bed, afternoon nosh or midnight snack – cravings can be satisfied any time of day with 24-hour complimentary room service. Guest can enjoy the 24-hour complimentary beverage station offering sodas, coffee and tea. Also, sodas and non-alcoholic beverages are always included when enjoying meals in the dining rooms.

Palo is the Disney Magic’s adult-exclusive, signature restaurant specializing in modern Italian cuisine. At an additional cost, guests can enjoy a host of freshly prepared antipasti, main course and dessert options for brunch or dinner.
