The Intergalactic Krewe of Chewbacchus is a 900-member Krewe with over 150 sub-krewes all paying homage to Science Fiction, Fantasy, and Horror. Their annual Mardi Gras parade is centered around self-sustainability with all of their nearly 100 homemade contraptions that are equipped to be pushed, pulled, or pedaled - no engines. 

Head out in your best sci-fi-themed gear and catch specialty, hand-decorated throws such as frisbees, bandoliers, bean bags, stuffed animals, and more.
