The third Thursday of each month will give New Orleans foodies a new reason to visit Emeril's Restaurant with the launch of "Omagasse" - Chef de Cuisine David Slater's one-of-a-kind, multi-course dinner experience, available only at the restaurant's lively eat-in bar. A play on the Japanese style of dining, Omakase - which translates to "I'll leave it to you" - will allow Chef Slater to create playful off-menu culinary delights utilizing the freshest local ingredients available that day.

"I'm excited to create some really cool things with ‘Omagasse'," says Slater. "It will be an adventurous, interactive dining experience and no menu will ever be the same."

Kicking off on Thursday, October 16th, the five-course tasting menu is priced at $65 per person, with an optional wine pairing for $40, exclusive of tax and gratuity. While menus are created day-of and not available in advance, diners can expect Slater's innovative and flavorful fare with dishes such as Bagna Cauda Duck Wings with local honey; Rabbit Muffuletta en Croute or Cast Iron Sizzling Gulf Shrimp with local beer sauce, to name a few.

"Omagasse" is offered during dinner hours on the third Thursday of each month.
With only nine seats available at this exclusive monthly series, guests are encouraged to make reservations in advance by calling (504) 528-9393.

Emeril's Restaurant is located at 800 Tchoupitoulas Street in the Warehouse District. Lunch is served Monday - Friday from 11:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. Dinner is served nightly, 6 p.m. - 10 p.m.
