If you have a business or an organization in Orleans Parish, you are required to register with the Louisiana State Fire Marshal’s Office at OpenSafely.la.gov. For more information on the guidelines for the city of New Orleans, visit Nola.Ready.gov.

In addition to updating your business web site and Google listing, we highly recommend taking a moment to update us on your current status or plans to reopen for inclusion on NewOrleans.com, the official destination web site for New Orleans.
Follow these simple instructions to get started:
- Click here to log in to the New Orleans & Co. extranet.
If you are currently a member of New Orleans & Company and do not remember your login information or need additional assistance with your account or if you are NOT a New Orleans & Co. member and would either like to learn about the benefits to consider a membership or would like to setup an extranet login to manage your online listing, please contact the Membership Department at membership@neworleans.com. - Choose “Profile" then "Accounts"
- Click the drop down arrow
- Select "Manage Amenities”
- From here, update your reopening information under the first section at the top and your temporary hours under the "Emergency Information" section directly below the reopening section.
- Once your updates have been made, click the blue save button on the upper left.
- Bookmark the login screen to the New Orleans & Co. extranet so that anytime your status or offerings change, you can easily return to the extranet to update us.

Keeping your customers and employees safe is paramount. Healthy business operations, smart social distancing and regular cleaning and disinfection are some of the ways to create a safe environment for everyone. Here are some steps to take to ensure your safety plan is properly formulated and communicated:
- Imagery that illustrate health, safety, and proper social distancing will go a long way to instilling customer confidence so plan to update images across your most relevant marketing platforms including the New Orleans & Co. extranet. Make a list or book the sites you've updated so that you can easily return to these to restore content later when business returns to normal.

- Share your Safety Plans with us via this short survey so we can let visitors and future customers know what they are. This will help our marketing and sales efforts tremendously.
