Best known for the onion mumm, a huge presentation served with spicy, sort of addictive 'rosette' sauce this restaurant is one of the many along Lake Ponchartrain. It also offers crawfish beignets served with housemade remoulade sauce, Southern fried chicken with sweet cornbread muffins and Shrimp Sofia, sauteed in olive oil, mushrooms and oregano and served with whole wheat pasta. For dessert check out the white chocolate bread pudding.
