Whether he is leading the horn section for Sturgill Simpson at the Grammy Awards, backing up Anders Osborne, or jamming at a New Orleans jazz club, Walker’s energetic, soaring and tasteful saxophone drives any combo he performs with. He has won a slew of accolades from the local and national press, and has released several albums under his own name in addition to performing with a Who’s Who of New Orleans masters.
