Lights on the Lake

Pontchartrain Conservancy holds its annual Lights on the Lake holiday celebration every December. Join us from our prime viewing location at our Lighthouse for the annual West End Christmas Boat Parade on Lake Pontchartrain. This community event features performances by local choirs and musicians, children’s activities, food, and more! Families can enjoy a festive evening on the lakefront while supporting Pontchartrain Conservancy’s mission. Proceeds help PC to continue its mission of restoring and preserving the water quality, coast, habitats, and public access of the entire Pontchartrain Basin, as well as offering education programs at the Lighthouse and in schools and communities in Southeast Louisiana.
