On the last Thursday of the month, savor a four-course tasting menu that showcases the culinary delights of France.
In June, the tour starts in Provence, where the Mediterranean delights with vibrant colors and fragrances. The featured dish is Bouillabaisse Marseille, a seafood stew made with Gulf fish, Grande Isle shrimp, Prince Edward Island mussels, squid, and saffron-infused fish stock.
July takes us to Burgundy, renowned for its wines and hearty cuisine. Try the Escargots De Bourgogne, succulent snails prepared with parsley and garlic butter and encased in puff pastry.
In August, Lyon, the culinary capital, steals the spotlight. Enjoy Onglet de Boeuf, a roasted hangar steak served withPomme Lyonnaise and Sauce au Poivre.
