Hailed by Garden & Gun and Southern Living as one of the best food festivals in the south, Beignet Fest returns Saturday, November 16 at New Orleans City Park! One of New Orleans’ to celebrate the city’s most iconic treat. At Beignet Fest, fest goers can try beignets topped or stuffed with a variety of sweet or savory delicacies. The festival’s menu lineup includes more than 80 menu options with nearly 50 unique takes on beignets including vegan and gluten-free beignets.
While attendees chow down on sweet and savory beignets, Jon Cleary, Big Sam and Amanda Shaw will headline the entertainment with additional performances by Sierra Green and the Giants, and Imagination Movers as well as the Prism Project – an inclusive performing arts program for youth ages 6-22. Keeping true to Beignet Fest’s charitable mission, a fully activated and sensory friendly Kids Village created by Children’s Hospital New Orleans will offer a one-of-a-kind experience for all children – and one that supports children with autism and related developmental differences.

Jon Cleary, Big Sam, and Amanda Shaw will headline the 2024 Beignet Fest. The full slate of entertainment presented by the New Orleans Tourism and Culture Fund includes the Prism Project, Imagination Movers, Sierra Green and the Giants, Amanda Shaw and the Cute Guys, Big Sam’s Funky Nation, and Jon Cleary and the Absolute Monster Gentlemen. In keeping with the Beignet Fest Foundation’s charitable mission, the festival will kick off with a performance by the Prism Project, an inclusive performing arts program for youth ages 6-22.
General admission tickets go on sale in September. Organizers launched ticket sales for the VIP Experience presented by Ruby Slipper. Available at beignetfest.com/tickets, the VIP Experience is $50 for Adults 21+ and $30 for Youth under 21. All Youth VIP tickets must be purchased in connection with a VIP Adult ticket purchase. Children up to three years old are free with a paid adult. The VIP Experience includes admission to Beignet Fest, access to a private tented area with dedicated bathrooms, reserved green space near the stage, three taste tickets for a selection of signature Ruby Slipper cocktails and complimentary water.
