Exhibit Details

Booth sizes & pricing:

10 x 10 $250
10 x 20 $400
20 x 20 $750


Booths are available to multiple companies that are under the same parent company. Each booth will contain 1 – 6’ draped table, 2 chairs, a small wastebasket and a booth id sign.

Event Timeline

Exhibitor set-up:                   9:00 – 10:45 am
Show hours:                         11:00 am – 1:30 pm
Exhibitor lunch:                    1:30 – 2:00 pm
Exhibitor break down:         2:00 – 2:30 pm


Please note that freight services have not been arranged for this trade show. You should plan to hand carry all exhibit materials with you in to and out of the Great Hall.

Door Prizes

Each exhibitor must provide a door prize valued at a minimum of $100.00. All attendees will be eligible for the prizes by visiting with you and having you initial your booth on their floor plan. All door prizes will be awarded after the show and winners notified via email / phone calls. You must submit your door prize prior to the event by mailing it to New Orleans & Company, 2020 St. Charles Ave., NOLA 70130, Attn: Pam Arbon.

Electrical and WiFi

All electrical needs will need to be pre-ordered through the Convention Center. Extra charges will be incurred. More information coming soon.

Food and Beverages

You are allowed to have food and non-alcoholic beverages to serve in your booth. All food must be "bite-sized", you will be responsible for all service products and for your own trash. A pre-approval process will be required, more details to come.
