For a limited time at Emeril's New Orleans, diners can savor the winning dish that aired on TNT's cooking competition show, "On the Menu." The first of its kind culinary show allows everyday cooks to battle it out for the chance to have their dish appear on a nationally-recognized restaurant menu. The show, co-hosted by none other than Chef Emeril Lagasse, featured his flagship restaurant in the Friday, October 31 episode and the winner's creation is now available for viewers to taste for themselves.

The winning dish, appropriately named Kickin' It Crab Lasagna ($18), features alternating layers of crab, shrimp, fire-roasted chilies and a creamy sauce layered between lasagna noodles, baked to golden perfection. The dish was created by winner, Brandy Flores of San Jose, California. Viewers can enjoy this limited-time appetizer that has been re-created by Emeril's New Orleans' culinary team during dinner service from November 1st through December 30, 2014.

During the episode, four contestants competed for the chance to have their dish appear on Emeril's New Orleans' menu. The dishes were first sampled by a room full of diners and fans votes determined which two contestants would make it to the last round. Emeril's Homebase Director of Culinary, Chris Wilson appeared as a guest judge during the episode, joining Chef Emeril and co-host, Ty Pennington, who collectively chose the final winner. The judges selected the winning dish based on a number of components, including taste, presentation and brand relevancy. View clips from the competition portion of the episode and the winner reveal.
