NEW ORLEANS - Spring is in full swing, and Windsor Court Hotel is celebrating the season with specialty Easter and Mother's Day brunch menus in The Grill Room, themed teas in Le Salon and cocktails inspired by an Academy Award-winning film in Cocktail Bar. This month, The Grill Room is also rolling out a new dinner menu concept, spearheaded by Chef de Cuisine Gabriel Charpentier.
Launching Wednesday, April 5, the new menu allows guests to choose any three selections from the five-course menu for $39, with two-ounce wine pairings available for $8 per course. Additional courses are available for $10 each, and for those who want to elevate their dining experience, premium selections - from Foie Gras and Filet to Lobster & Caviar - are available at an additional cost.

The menu offers a variety of sweet and savory options, with highlights including:

  • Mushroom Fricassee
    Quail egg yolk, bordelaise, white bean puree, rye, truffle aioli, shaved manchego
  • Spring Lamb Loin
    Morels, English peas, house-made lamb bacon, braised lettuce, pearl onion petals, saffron potatoes
  • Togarashi Seared Gulf Tuna
    Asparagus ribbons, crispy ginger, chili thread, satsuma oolong broth
  • Coffee & Chocolate
    Dark chocolate cremeux, coffee ice cream, white chocolate ganach

  • In celebration of moms everywhere, this traditional tea service will include spring-themed cocktails like the Spring of '75, which is made with strawberry mint syrup, fresh lemon juice, gin and champagne, and the Ponchatoula Lemonade, which contains fresh lemon juice, strawberry-mint syrup and vodka. An alcohol-free version of the lemonade is also available.
  • A specialty tea from Harney and Sons, named Mother's Bouquet, will also be served. The caffeine-free herbal blend features chamomile flowers combined with rosebuds, cornflowers and orange peel, and infused with citrus flavor.

Breakfast at Tiffany's Cocktails
The tales of Manhattan socialite Holly Golightly come to life through the newest menu of specialty drinks now available in Cocktail Bar: The Breakfast at Tiffany's Collection. Created by Head Mixologist Kent Westmoreland, cocktails inspired by the Academy Award winning film include:

  • The Mean Reds
    Cachaça, Lime, Pomegranate Grenadine, Angostura Bitters, Sparkling Water
