Due to popular demand, the acclaimed modern Coastal Cajun eatery in New Orleans’ Carrolton neighborhood, DTB, has now introduced Sunday Supper. Fans of Chef/Owner Carl Schaubhut’s bold cuisine and Cocktail Director Lu Brow’s creative libations can now indulge every night of the week.

Since opening in March 2017, DTB has received critical acclaim including Thrillist "Best New Restaurants" and The Times-Picayune "Best New Restaurants". The locale has quickly become a mecca for reinterpreted coastal Cajun cuisine coupled with a vibrant bar scene. The playful restaurant concept features a menu rooted in inventiveness and approachability, developed by Schaubhut New Orleans’ Eater Awards “2017 Chef of the Year” –  and Chef de Cuisine Jacob Hammel.

DTB is offering dinner on Sunday evenings, from 5PM-10PM. Diners can expect new seasonal dishes such as Cornmeal Gnocchi – hot sausage, broccoli rabe, Pecorino Romano, lime; Tomahawk Pork Chop – smothered fall root vegetables, endive, roasted apple; and Louisiana Rice Bowl – blue crab, shrimp, pork belly, mirliton, tasso XO, egg yolk. Signature favorites like Mushroom Boudin Balls with pickled collards and smoked mayo, as well as Crispy Duck Confit with charred cabbage, citrus, sweet potato and pecan vinaigrette will also be served. Sweet endings will include Sugarcane Pots de Crème with Granny Smith apples, Chantilly, pecan tuile, and crispy blueberries; and the signature Ice Cream Sandwich – gateau de sirop, creole cream cheese ice cream, and candied pecans.

Complementing the Chefs’ savory menu, the cocktail selection utilizes fresh Louisiana ingredients, including the Brown Butter Old Fashioned – brown butter washed bourbon, Angostura bitters, Luxardo cherry, orange peel; and Louisiana Cocktail – sassafras infused rye whiskey, barrel aged Peychaud’s bitters, Amaro, and a dash of pecan oil.
