Starting Tuesday, September 6, 2016, Trinity, Decatur Street's hippest new restaurant and bar will be offering Happy Hour six nights a week at the bar. Heures de Plaisir - translation from the French, "hours of happiness" - executed by Chef Michael Isolani and beverage director Adam Orzechowski will feature scrumptious nibbles, specialty cocktails, beer and wine. Available Monday through Saturday, guests can experience hours of happiness as the sun sets and as the hour draws late. Early Happy Hour is available Monday - Friday 4:30PM - 6:30PM. Late Happy Hour is available Thursdays 10PM - Close of Bar; Fridays and Saturdays 11PM - Close of Bar.

Perfect for an early evening bite or late-night snack, Nibbles ($3-$8) include wasabi roasted almonds, curried popcorn, truffled potato chips, bahn mi pickled veggies, duck confit deviled eggs, Shrimp cocktail, and a salumi and cheese plate that guests can design themselves from a selection of blue cheese, goat/sheep cheese, cow cheese, prosciutto, salumi and chorizo. While Tales ($7-$8), which are guaranteed to help you kick-back and relax, include an OG Fashion made with bourbon, sugar, bitters, water and a lemon twist; Cordwainer with sherry, fruit, lemon and simple syrup poured over shaved ice; 2:1 with gin and cocchi - stirred and served straight up; and the V&T with vodka, house tonic and lime. Draft and local beers will be on offer at $4, in addition to a daily selection of white, red and sparkling wine, as well as sake for $7. A weekly selection of liquor flights (MV) will also be offered.
