Trinity, Lower Decatur's hot restaurant and bar that's been touted as one of NOLA's best by Conde Nast Traveler and Opentable, is kicking off 2017 with new cocktails and a variety of new Happy Hour specials. A perfect destination to wind down after work, Happy Hour at Trinity features a playful lineup of libations and bites, available Sunday through Friday from 4:30PM - 7PM. For night owls, Happy Hour returns with a second round on Fridays and Saturdays from 10PM - Midnight.
Recently appointed Beverage Director Lexi Winston, 2014 Tales of the Toddy People's Choice winner whose vitae includes overseeing the bar at Tiki Tolteca, Felipe's Taqueria and Absinthe House, has crafted a fun, approachable menu of both creative and classic cocktails. New signature libations include Eau de Fleuve - Cathead vodka, Licor 43, St. Germain, and fresh muddled mint and cucumber; The Royal Tart - Fortaleza reposado, Frangelico, lemon and orgeat; and King's Voodoo - Euphrosine #9 gin, lemon, ginger liqueur, sesame oil and Peychaud's.
For the early-birds, 4:30PM - 7PM Sunday through Friday, guests can enjoy their choice of house white, red or sparkling wine as well as a featured wine of the week, all priced at $7 per glass. Bottled beer is $4, draft beer is $5 and all well drinks are $2 off. Tasty bites from Executive Chef Michael Isolani ($7 - $10) include Fried Oysters with chili oyster sauce, scallions and bamboo shoots; Grilled Octopus and Chickpea Dip with pickled red onion, roasted red pepper oil and toast points; Pommes Frites with buttermilk aioli; Crawfish and Fontina Beignets with tarragon aioli; Frog Leg Tempura with ponzu sauce and cilantro; and Smoked Oysters with deviled eggs, horseradish and cajun caviar. Stick around after dinner or stop by on your way home for $2 off well cocktails on Fridays and Saturdays from 10PM - Midnight.
Cool down and kick back every Sunday through Wednesday with additional Happy Hour specials from 4:30PM - 7PM featuring a trio of thirst-quenching cocktails from $8 - $10:
