Trinity, Lower Decatur's sleek dining spot from real estate developer Hugh Uhalt and rising star Chef Michael Isolani, has just introduced weekend brunch. Since Trinity opened in May 2016, the restaurant has earned raves and accolades including nods from Conde Nast Traveler and Opentable. Now diners can enjoy imaginative cuisine and craft cocktails on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30AM - 3PM.

With a menu drawing from the multiple cultural influences that define New Orleans fare, brunch a la carte offerings include soups, salads, share plates, sandwiches, egg dishes and more. Specialty items include chilled cream of basil soup with corn, cucumber and cashews; boudin noir & fried oyster with poached egg and béarnaise; baked Harbison from Jasper Hill Creamery served on toast with seasonal fruit; pork hash & grits with poached egg, crispy pork, fontina grits and roasted peppers; duck egg & Cajun caviar; and a warm Brussels sprouts and frisèe salad with crispy prosciutto, pickled red onions and a spicy sesame dressing. Brunch cocktails include a variety of tequila bloody marys such as the cosmic Maria made with organic reposado; smoked vodka bloody mary made with homemade basil tomato water and champagne cocktails including a classic kir royale and the sigani 63 corpse reviver.

Trinity is located at 1117 Decatur Street in New Orleans' French Quarter. Dinner is served nightly, Sunday - Thursday 6PM - 10PM; Friday and Saturday 6PM - 11PM. Happy Hour is Sunday through Friday from 4:30PM - 7PM and Fridays and Saturdays from 10PM - Midnight. Brunch is served 10:30AM - 2PM Friday - Sunday. Reservations can be made at www.opentable.com.
