The Traditional Building Exhibition and Conference is the largest trade show in North America dedicated to historic restoration, renovation and traditionally inspired new construction. It will be the will first design and construction event for architects, contractors, developers and property owners in New Orleans since hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Washington D.C.-based Restore Media, in collaboration with several important partners whose work in the region is already making a difference, including the Preservation Resource Center of New Orleans, AIA New Orleans, the Louisiana Recovery Authority and many more, will bring to New Orleans a projected 3,000 attendees and millions of dollars in economic impact. Restore Media’s last meeting in New Orleans was in 2001.

It is one in a series of important, consecutive citywide conferences taking place in New Orleans this fall.
