                                                             The New Orleans Spring Fiesta

New Orleans, LA- The New Orleans Spring Fiesta Association will hold its 72^nd Annual Spring Fiesta from March 29^th – 30^th; and April 4^th – 6^th, 2008. 

The first weekend’s home tours will begin on March 29^th with an optional brunch at Commander’s Palace Restaurant at 11:30 a.m., followed by the Garden District Home Tour.  March 30^th and April 6^th will include home tours of the French Quarter, while April 6^th will highlight Uptown residences. All tours will feature historic, private homes which are not generally open to the public. French Quarter guided walking tours will be held on March 29^th and 30^th. On April 5^th the Queen and her Court will be presented in Jackson Square at 2:30 p.m. The “Night in Old New Orleans” parade will roll its horse-drawn carriages through the French Quarter at 4:30 p.m.

The New Orleans Spring Fiesta Association is a non-profit organization with the mission of promoting the preservation of our City’s history and architecture. The Spring Fiesta events are designed to allow all to revel in the cultural heritage that is unique to New Orleans.
