WHO/WHAT: The Southern Food & Beverage Museum (SoFAB) is pleased to present Made in Louisiana - a festival showcasing the food, beverages and culinary products all made in the Pelican state. Throughout the day, guests can enjoy samples from over 40 purveyors. Products include:

craft beers ~ absinthe ~ sauces ~ snacks ~ andouille ~ breads ~ salsa ~ oils ~ spice mixes ~ boudin ~ Cajun caviar ~ jams ~ Bloody Marys ~ coffees ~ cakes ~ gelato ~ vodkas ~ Mint Juleps ~ BBQ sauce ~ Mayhaw vinegar ~ ice cream ~ olive salad ~ pretzel crunch ~ jelly donuts ~ tasso ~ spicy agave nectar ~ fig preserves ~ wine ~ pecans ~ wild boar sausage AND MORE!

WHEN/WHERE: Made in Louisiana will take place Saturday, April 1, 2017 12:30PM - 5PM at the Southern Food & Beverage Museum, 1504 Oretha Castle Haley Boulevard in New Orleans.
