New Orleans (December 11, 2015)- To ring in 2015, guests can indulge in specially crafted menus and celebratory dishes at Emeril's Restaurant, NOLA and Emeril's Delmonico. With extended hours, prix-fixe menus and exceptional a la carte offerings there's a celebratory option to please any patron and ensure they welcome the New Year on a delicious note. Emeril's Restaurant
Celebrate New Year's Eve at Emeril Lagasse's flagship restaurant with a special menu created by chef de cuisine David Slater. The restaurant will offer seasonal a la carte dishes, with suggested wine pairings from sommelier Ray Gumpert. Diners will have plenty of delectable offerings to choose from - including stand-outs such as Nantucket Bay Scallops with Anson Mills green farro, baby beets, butternut squash and white clam vinaigrette; Truffle Smothered Veal Breast with collard greens, Andouille, cheddar curd grits and Perigord truffle; and Heirloom Carrot Cake Roulade with praline mousse and maple fudge. Champagne carts and live entertainment by New Orleans' own Andrew Wolf Band will round out the celebratory offerings.

To start 2015 on the right note, the restaurant will have extended hours on New Year's Day -
11 a.m. - 8 p.m. offering mouthwatering specials like Lobster ‘N' Dumplings with local root vegetables and smoky bisque or opt for black eyed peas for good luck served alongside Smothered Fried Pork Chops, cabbage and cranberry mustard.

Emeril's Delmonico
Ring in the New Year at Emeril's Lower Garden District gem where chef de cuisine Anthony Scanio has prepared a decadent four-course New Year's Eve prix-fixe menu for $80 per person. Diners will enjoy an elegant evening with their choice from several offerings for each course. Highlights include Lobster Beignets with young arugula, Louisiana citrus, pistachio and avocado dressing; Burrata Mozzarella with duck prosciutto, pomegranate molasses and crostini; Pork Osso Buco with escarole, black truffle polenta, agro dolce peppers and fennel jus and Satsuma Baked Alaska with thyme meringue and citrus segments. A la carte offerings will also be available.

On New Year's Day, guests can enjoy menu staples as well as traditional New Year's fare with a sophisticated twist, such as Grilled Lamb Loin with braised collard greens, glazed yams, preserved watermelon, pecans and mango pickapeppa or savory brunch options including Poached Eggs and Debris, slow roasted beef brisket, buttermilk biscuit, herb salad and creole mustard hollandaise.

NOLA
Guests can kick off 2015 at NOLA Restaurant where they can indulge in succulent celebratory offerings prepared by chef de cuisine Josh Laskay. Offerings include Crispy Veal Sweetbreads with tomato, haricot verts, capers, citrus brown butter; Alligator & Crawfish Stuffed Quail with "cabbage & black eye peas", house-made bacon, natural jus; Broken Arrow Ranch Antelope Chops with house-made boar sausage, caramelized Brussels sprouts, creole mustard reduction; and Goat Cheese Cheesecake with oven roasted grapes, graham crumble and cava sorbet.

On New Year's Day, guests can savor their favorite NOLA offerings from 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. such as the beloved Duck Confit and Fried Egg Pizza with parmesan cheese, truffle oil and baby arugula or diners can enjoy specials such as Smoked Beef Tips with Tchoupitoulas sauce, green onions and cheddar cheese biscuit or Truffled Goat Cheese Frittata with tomato, asparagus, fingerling potatoes and arugula-herb salad.
