Renowned New Orleans fine-dining establishment, Restaurant R’evolution, has partnered with family-owned and California-based Donati Family Vineyard to launch a special Cabernet Sauvignon varietal, sold exclusively through Restaurant R’evolution’s newly established wine brand. The curated blend is 95 percent Cabernet Sauvignon, 3 percent Merlot and 2 percent Cabernet Franc. The grapes used were sourced from the Paicines AVA, the ninth-oldest appellation in California, established in 1982. 

Priced at $15 per glass and $60 per bottle, the Cabernet Sauvignon will also be available across all of Royal Sonesta New Orleans’ on-property dining and entertainment outlets, including The Jazz Playhouse and Desire Oyster Bar, as well as throughout the luxury hotel’s banquet and catering events.

Known for its world-class, custom-built glass and wood wine cellar, which houses an inventory of more than 10,000 bottles, the launch marks the first in-house branded and labeled wine offering in Restaurant R'evolution's history.
