Executive Office

Cheryl Teamer joined us as the Sr. Vice President of Public Affairs. Cheryl serves as Chairperson of the New Orleans Aviation Board and is the founder of Teamer Strategy Group, an advocacy, government relations and strategic planning firm.

Convention Sales & Services  

Colleen Schaefer joined us as a Convention Sales Manager. Colleen most recently functioned as a Complex Sales Manager for the W Hotel here in New Orleans and has been with the Starwood Hotels & Resorts group since 2008.

Cristin Hopkins joined us as a Convention Sales Manager. Cristin recently functioned as the Director of Operations with Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation.

Elizabeth Adams joined us as the Site & Amenity Service Specialist in our Convention Services Department. Elizabeth most recently functioned as a Sales Manager and Events Assistant with the Hilton Riverside from 2007 to 2014.

Megan Rook joined us as a Convention Sales Manager. Megan interned with the NOCVB back in 2011 and went on to gain Group Sales experience with Hilton Worldwide and most recently functioned as the Sales & Marketing Manager for Tujague's Restaurant.

Nicole Ferguson joined the CVB at the end of April 2014 as an Intern in Convention Services. Nicole just completed her Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism Administration at UNO (this May!), and most recently worked at the Sheraton New Orleans as a front desk agent.

Sharon Sibley made the leap from Convention Sales to Convention Services as our new Meeting & Special Events Manager.    

 Tourism 

Rebecca Jostes joined the CVB as the Advertising & Administrative Coordinator in our Tourism Sales Department. Rebecca interned with the NOCVB in the Summer/Fall of 2011 and has since been working in the area of Marketing/Communications with the Velocity Agency and most recently with Keating Magee Marketing Communications.

Taylor Granito joined the CVB in May 2014 as a Tourism Intern. Taylor is a graduate of the Academy of the Sacred Heart and is currently working towards her Bachelor of Science in Management and minoring in Psychology and Marketing. Taylor will graduate in December 2015.  

Tiffany Isemann, a 10-year veteran of the NOCVB, has been promoted from Convention Services Event Planner to Sr. Account Executive in Tourism Sales. 

Public Relations

Rebecca Do is the new "Group PR" Communications Coordinator and joins us from the Federal Bar Association, where she was the Communications Coordinator in Arlington, VA.

Sarah Forman has been promoted to Senior Communications Coordinator and has been with the CVB for two years, following a one-year internship.
