NEW ORLEANS, LA (April 16, 2015)-Zurich Classic of New Orleans fans can support the charitable mission of the Fore!Kids Foundation this year by participating in the PGA TOUR Volunteer Challenge, sponsored by Myrbetriq® (mirabegron)-a new program that will be implemented during the Zurich Classic and other PGA TOUR tournaments in 2015.

From now until noon on Saturday, April 25, fans are encouraged to visit PGATOUR.com/Volunteers and vote for their favorite Zurich Classic of New Orleans volunteer. At the end of the voting period, the volunteer with the most votes will have the chance to present a check from Astellas Pharma US, Inc. for $10,000 in his or her name to the Fore!Kids Foundation. The check presentation will take place on Sunday during the concert in the 19th hole, approximately 30 minutes after the tournament ends. In addition, the tournament has the potential to raise up to an additional $30,000 in bonus funds for the Fore!Kids Foundation based on the number of votes earned by collectively by volunteers.

Additionally, fans can visit the Putt for Charity Challenge tent at TPC Louisiana during tournament week to help increase the donation for charity. The Putt for Charity Challenge, also sponsored by Myrbetriq® (mirabegron), will enable attendees to test their putting skills, with three chances to putt and win exciting prizes. Astellas Pharma US, Inc. will donate $1 to the Fore!Kids Foundation for each registered Putt for Charity Challenge participant, up to $5,000.

The Zurich Classic of New Orleans at TPC Louisiana (11001 Lapalco Blvd., Avondale) features 156 of the world's best professional golfers led by defending champion Seung-Yul Noh competing for a $6.9 million prize purse.
