Panel discussion highlighted innovative technology in the industry

New Orleans & Company hosted NOLA Talk: Technology, a panel discussion highlighting innovative technologies that are emerging in the New Orleans hospitality and tourism industry, on November 19th at New Orleans Culinary and Hospitality Institute (NOCHI).

The curated panel, led by Jeremy Cooker, vice president of Marketing and Special projects at New Orleans Tourism Marketing Corporation, included four influential leaders in the tourism industry, David Piscola, general manager of Hilton New Orleans Riverside; Andrea Chen, executive director of Propeller; Prashant Vashisht, commercial account manager of British Airways, North America; and Lawernce Martin, president of Connect2Black. The event kicked off with a reception and cooking demonstration presented by Link Restaurant Group’s Chef de Cuisine at Herbsaint, David Rouse.
