To support everyone throughout our workforce and customer base, New Orleans & Company now provides enhanced accessibility support online to create a barrier-free user experience on NewOrleans.com.

We pride ourselves on being a company that goes the extra mile to improve communication and quality of service for our customers and staff. To fulfill this mission, we now provide Recite Me assistive technology on our website, which enables our visitors to customize their experience in a way that best suits their individual needs.

Recite Me assistive technology provides support for all of these, making our website an inclusive environment where people can access information hassle-free.

The Recite Me accessibility toolbar includes screen reading functionality, multiple reading aids, and an on-demand live translation feature that boasts over 100 languages, as well as options to customize styling, including adjustments to font size, type, and color.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE RECITE ME TOOLBAR?
You can open the Recite Me language and accessibility toolbar by clicking on the red accessibility button (ex. Accessibility and Translation Button - 75px), located in the top right corner of the page (if on desktop) and in the navigation menu on the top left (if on mobile).

This button now appears in the navigation bar on every page of our website.
