Offline Playlist is a comprehensive leisure marketing campaign celebrating the power of music to bring unlikely people together in New Orleans, every night of the week. The one-of-a-kind Spotify playlist features New Orleans artists representing each of the city’s six Spotify sub-genres. Side B of the playlist was unveiled in September 2019, joining Side A with a collection of live recordings from a special concert held at Preservation Hall in July 2019. The television spots feature clips and soundbites from the filming of the Offline Playlist live concert. In addition to the Spotify live playlist and broadcast commercials, the project also consists of a feature film, social and editorial content and merchandise. More information on Offline Playlist can be found here.

"New Orleans has many wonderful assets, and music is at the heart of our great city. It is universally loved by both residents and visitors,” said Mark Romig, senior vice president and chief marketing officer at New Orleans & Company. “The Offline Playlist celebrates the diverse sounds of New Orleans at Preservation Hall with this “live” playlist on Spotify and gives us an opportunity to shed light on our artists, the rich music scene and the essence of New Orleans in a memorably authentic way.”

The feature film is currently being entered into film festivals throughout targeted markets. The trailer can be viewed here.
