Premier gathering of independent community pharmacists to focus on patient care, pharmacy efficiency, and advocacy

The National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA) will host its Annual Convention & Expo Oct. 18–21, 2025, at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. The premier national business show for independent community pharmacy owners and their teams, the NCPA Annual Convention offers peer-to-peer business education, professional networking, and continuing education (CE) opportunities for pharmacists.
The convention brings together attendees and exhibitors from across the United States, representing the nation’s more than 18,900 independent pharmacies. The Expo Hall is one of the most diverse in the industry, featuring companies whose products and services help pharmacies improve efficiency, sustainability, and patient care. Key highlights include discussions on pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) reform, a pressing national and state-level issue affecting independent pharmacies, and keynote speeches by ESPN reporter Marty Smith, Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, NCPA CEO B. Douglas Hoey, and 2024–2025 NCPA President Jeff Harrell.
