Meauxbar and Chappapeela Farms

What: The 4-course pairing menu will highlight various cuts and preparations of Chappapeela Farms pork, including three savory dishes by executive chef John Bel and a dessert course by pastry chef Ruby Bloch. Each course will be paired with beer or beer-based cocktail pairing from Chappapeela Farms Brewery, including the Farmhouse Saison and the Amite Duroc.
