Drink the Harvest features recipes to create delicious drinks like Prickly Pear Cactus Juice, Big Wow Grape Cider, Garden Mint Wine, Luscious Limoncello, Rose Hip Tea and Kombucha.
The workshop takes place on November 3 from 5 to 8 p.m. and includes a basic winemaking kit for guests. Tickets are $35 for members and $40 for nonmembers and can be purchased in advance at www.longuevue.com.
