In this role, BCPR will oversee national media opportunities (in conjunction with regional PR partners) for Emeril's restaurants coast-to-coast as well as spearhead regional public relations initiatives for the iconic chef/restaurateur's three New Orleans restaurants - the original Emeril's Restaurant, NOLA and Emeril's Delmonico.
