NEW ORLEANS, LA (December 5,2014)- Make holiday festivity easier on yourself by welcoming the Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group into your holiday tradition. From the celebratory Réveillon dinner at Brennan's, to Gingerbread construction at Red Fish Grill, to brunch with Santa at Café b - relax and rejoice Brennan's style.

Ralph Brennan and executive chef Slade Rushing are bringing the traditional French Réveillon dinner to the just-opened Brennan's restaurant to celebrate both the rebirth of the iconic establishment and the holiday season with luxurious fare, inspired by the French creole influences on New Orleans cuisine. Select offerings include Sweet Potato Blini, Buttermilk Crème Fraîche, Caviar; Winter Root Vegetable Velouté with Butter Poached Lobster, Truffle Puree; and Creole Spiced Lamb Chops, Toasted Cornbread Purée, Cranberry Port Reduction. Wine pairings will be suggested by sommelier Drew Brandwein.

The holidays just got sweeter with this year's 5th Annual Red Fish Grill Gingerbread House Workshop! Executive pastry chef Brett Gauthier gives his expert step-by-step guide to building a cozy Cajun Christmas house. And continuing the holiday tradition, on Tuesday, December 16 from 1-2:30pm, chef Gauthier and Red Fish Grill executive chef Austin Kirzner will once again bring some holiday cheer to Children's Hospital, where patients, family members, and hospital staff volunteers can partake in the building sweetness.
