Record-Breaking Expo to Feature Celebrity Chefs, 1,000+ Exhibitor Booths, 200,000-lb Food Donation

The International Dairy Deli Bakery Association (IDDBA) returns to New Orleans from June 1–3 for IDDBA 2025 at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

With more than 10,000 attendees expected, including 800+ exhibitors from 28 countries and a record-breaking 1,007 booths (featuring 238 first-time exhibitors), IDDBA 2025 is premier industry-only event for the Dairy, Deli, Bakery and Food Services industry. With approximately 80% of attendees holding buying power or high-level decision-making roles, the show offers unmatched access to the people shaping what’s next in grocery, food service, and retail. It’s a powerful platform for launching new products, forging strategic partnerships, and staying ahead of consumer trends.

Attendees will experience a vibrant showcase of innovation across 225,000-square-feet of exhibit space, featuring live culinary demos, hands-on tastings and cutting-edge educational sessions designed to spark inspiration and drive growth. The annual Cake’d Challenge returns for its third year, as professional cake decorators go head-to-head in timed, themed competitions that highlight skill, creativity, and the ability to perform under pressure.
