New Orleans, LA, December 21, 2015- Joieful LLC, an online booking software and hospitality management provider, is proud to announce it has reached a five year agreement with Hyatt Regency New Orleans, an award-wining meetings and convention hotel located in the heart of the city's Sports & Entertainment District in downtown New Orleans. Effective January 1, 2016, Joieful will manage the hotel's concierge to provide an unprecedented level of service on par with Hyatt Regency's reputation. Joieful also will join Hyatt Regency's operational and sales teams to fully integrate with the hotel and all of its services and facilities.

This new service is in addition to Joieful's performance of a virtual transportation desk for the hotel's guests, transportation and experience support for the groups in-house and site support for prospects.
