The Higher Education Users Group (HEUG) Alliance 2025 conference, the premier event for professionals in higher education and the public sector will take place at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center from March 9-12, 2025. Dedicated to advancing innovation, the conference brings together over 2,000 attendees and exhibitors from across the U.S. and more than 20 countries worldwide to share knowledge, collaborate, and explore cutting-edge solutions that enhance institutional efficiency and success. Now in its 28th year, Alliance 2025 marks a significant milestone in fostering collaboration, best practices, and technology-driven strategies that shape the future of enterprise technology. This year’s agenda will feature AI, digital transformation in education, sustainability, and equitable access to technology—topics that are driving national conversations. The conference prides itself on local community engagement. HEUG will give back through their partnership with High Voltage, a nonprofit providing recreational and educational programs for youth and senior citizens in New Orleans, and a foster puppy adoption and donation drive with a local animal shelter. Alliance 2025 aims to showcase New Orleans as a vibrant hub for education and innovation, incorporating the city’s unique culture into networking events and programming.
