Hermann-Grima + Gallier Historic Houses

WHAT:
In the spirit of Smithsonian Museums, who offer free admission every day, Museum Day Live! is an annual event hosted by Smithsonian magazine in which participating museums across the country open their doors to anyone presenting a Museum Day Live! ticket...for free!

Visitors coming to the Hermann-Grima House and grounds will enjoy a guided tour and also have the opportunity to browse the Exchange Shop, which consigns the work of local female artists.

Guests visiting the Gallier House and grounds will enjoy a guided tour and also have the opportunity to explore a new exhibit focusing on Tennessee Williams and the French Quarter.

WHEN:          
Saturday, September 27, 12-3:30 p.m. (Final tour of the day begins at 3:30 p.m.)

                        The Exchange Shop at the Hermann-Grima House will be open until 4 p.m., and the Gallier House will also be open until 4 p.m. so visitors can browse the Tennessee Williams exhibit.

HOW: 
Free admission for visitors with a participating Museum Day Live pass

*Good for two people per household, per address. Each pass is valid for free admission to only one of the historic homes.
