WHY: Who Dats of all ages are invited to start their Halloween celebrations at The Outlet Collection at Riverwalk's BOO DAT: A Spooktacular Saturday event. The family-friendly affair invites guests to trick-or-treat at participating stores throughout the center. Select Riverwalk retailers will be delighting costumed shoppers with candy courtesy of IT'SUGAR. Complimentary face painting will be available in the food court by the kid play area to all Boo Dat attendees.
