WHAT Fête des Fromages Platinum Sponsor La Bonne Vie has brought French and French-inspired cheeses to the American market for more than 15 years. They will be providing a variety of samples for the cheese-loving public to taste, including goat cheeses such as the fresh and tangy Pyramid and Crottin, flavored versions including honey and blueberry vanilla, plus a broad range of buttery Bries including truffle, pepper, and herb.
La Boulangerie, a local New Orleans restaurant, will be offering their cheesecake featuring La Bonne Vie’s Triple Crème Brie to create an incredible signature dessert. “La Bonne Vie’s Triple Crème Brie is an essential ingredient for our delicious cheesecake and we are delighted to be part of the Fête des Fromages!” said Chef Maggie Scales.
