With fall right around the corner, Le Foret - the CBD's 4-story French and Creole inspired contemporary restaurant - has crafted a sumptuous seasonal four-course wine dinner, showcasing pairings from Round Pond Winery. Located in the acclaimed Rutherford region of Napa Valley, Round Pond is a family-owned and operated vineyard known for its voluptuous, complex varietals, expertly paired with a specially crafted menu by Executive Chef Brandon Felder - recently crowned Gambit's Emerging Chef Winner. On Wednesday, September 24 at 7 p.m., wine aficionados and foodies alike can enjoy four delectable courses highlighting the warm, rich flavors of autumn, featuring correlating wines from one of California's most premiere vineyards. Priced at $125 per person, including tax and gratuity, the menu is as follows:

First Course

Seared Diver Scallops
Fire roasted corn puree, sauteed baby squash, fennel with champagne beurre blanc

Le Foret, located at 129 Camp Street, serves lunch Thursday - Friday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and dinner Monday - Thursday, 5:30 to 10 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 5:30 to 10:30 p.m. The restaurant is closed on Sundays.
