On Tuesday, October 7, 2014 Emeril's Restaurant - Emeril Lagasse's famed flagship restaurant in New Orleans' Warehouse District - will host a decadent dinner showcasing the fine scotches of Glenlivet, distilled in the acclaimed Speyside region of Scotland. The five-course meal will feature dishes prepared by Chef de Cuisine David Slater paired with some of the world's most supremely elegant scotches. Those who attend will have an exceptional opportunity to sample several different single malt varieties - including Nielson's number one ranked 12YO and 15YO. The evening will be enhanced by a guided tasting of 12 to 25 year aged scotches by "Master of Scotch," Craig Vaught. Priced at $125 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity, the evening kicks off at 6:30 pm. with a reception, followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m. Reservations are required. Menu follows:
