WHO/WHAT: In celebration of 25 years of Emeril's New Orleans, the iconic chef's flagship restaurant, Emeril Lagasse and Chef de Cuisine David Slater will roll out weekly Throwback Menus, showcasing favorite dishes from the past 25 years, each with a unique story behind it (i.e., Potatoes Alexa was created for Billy Joel and his daughter back in the day). Available a la carte, or as a specialty tasting menu with optional wine pairings, the first week's menu follows (additional weekly menus attached).
