NEW ORLEANS - Emeril Lagasse Foundation announces dates for its 2016 signature events - Boudin, Bourbon & Beer and Carnivale du Vin. Boudin, Bourbon & Beer 2016 will officially return to Champions Square on Friday, Nov. 4 followed by nationally recognized charity wine auction and gala dinner Carnivale du Vin on Saturday, Nov. 5.

As the kick-off to the Foundation's "two-nights, one cause" fundraising weekend, Boudin Boudin, Bourbon & Beer has become one of the region's premier outdoor food and music festivals and brings together over 60 chefs from across the country to create their own creative Louisiana-inspired boudin dishes. Nearly 1,500 guests traveled from 43 states and 4 Canadian provinces to attend this one-of-a-kind culinary celebration.

The Foundation's 12th annual black-tie gala Carnivale du Vin will once again bring the very best in food, wine and entertainment together for the ultimate evening of charitable giving.
