Emeril Lagasse Foundation Announces 2016 Boudin, Bourbon & Beer and Carnivale du Vin Dates
12th Annual Fundraising Weekend Returns to the Big Easy Nov. 4-5, 2016

NEW ORLEANS - Emeril Lagasse Foundation announces dates for its 2016 signature events - Boudin, Bourbon & Beer and Carnivale du Vin. Boudin, Bourbon & Beer 2016 will officially return to Champions Square on Friday, Nov. 4 followed by nationally recognized charity wine auction and gala dinner Carnivale du Vin on Saturday, Nov. 5.

As the kick-off to the Foundation's "two-nights, one cause" fundraising weekend, Boudin Boudin, Bourbon & Beer has become one of the region's premier outdoor food and music festivals and brings together over 60 chefs from across the country to create their own creative Louisiana-inspired boudin dishes. Last year's Boudin, Bourbon & Beer was a sold-out event, marking a record-breaking year with 5,000 attendees. Nearly 1,500 guests traveled from 43 states and 4 Canadian provinces to attend this one-of-a-kind culinary celebration.

The Foundation's 12th annual black-tie gala Carnivale du Vin will once again bring the very best in food, wine and entertainment together for the ultimate evening of charitable giving.

Information about this year's featured chefs, musical entertainment and sponsors will be announced in the coming months, and tickets to Boudin, Bourbon & Beer 2016 will go on sale on August 1. Follow the Foundation on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for more event updates and announcements.
