Dutch Alley Artist Co-Op was founded in 2003 by artist Ric Rolston. A true cooperative, the gallery is managed and operated by 26 local artists. Our gallery is comprised of painters, collage artists, jewelers, pottery and glass artists, woodworkers, and photographers. We also feature artists of wearable art.

Located in the historic French Market and just steps away from the Mississippi River, the gallery anchors the corridor known as Dutch Alley. The Alley shares an old world promenade with benches and bronze sculptures of French Quarter characters of past centuries. The name "Dutch Alley" is a tribute to New Orleans first African American Mayor Earnest "Dutch" Morial.
