On Thursday, August 4, 2016, Dryades Public Market will host its third Central City Supper Club - a series of guest chef dinners which launched late July - featuring culinary creations by Levi Raines, Sous Chef at award-winning eatery Compère Lapin in the Old No. 77 Hotel & Chandlery. Priced at $65 per person (all inclusive), menu follows:

Amuse-bouche
Stellar Bay Oyster/ Tomato/Crème Fraiche/Caviar

First Course
Marinated Flounder/Tomatillo Granita/Cancha

Second Course
Pork Dumpling/Creamed Arugula/Mustard/Pickled Onions

Third Course
Korean Short Rib/Scallion Kimchee

Sponge Cake/Grilled Peaches/Coriander
