The Vince Vance Holiday Party is a kid-friendly celebration and sing-along offered over two weekends in December from 9-11 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 6-7 and 13-14. Tickets are $30 per person (plus tax and gratuity), and each child receives a commemorative Christmas songbook signed by Vince Vance and Santa Claus. Deanie's special holiday program will delight the little ones with music, dance, face painting, Oops the Clown, holiday crafts, plus breakfast and photos with Santa. Vance will entertain the audience with traditional Christmas songs such as Jingle Bells, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Silent Night, Away in a Manger, and Vance's mega hit, All I Want for Christmas is You, and many more! With games, prizes, special surprises and delicious treats, the Vince Vance Holiday Sing-Along at Deanie's promises to stir tidings of joy for the Christmas season.
An official event of the Christmas New Orleans Style celebration, the Vince Vance Holiday Sing-Along takes place at Deanie's French Quarter location, located a block off of Canal Street in the old D.H. Holmes Store Annex & Cafeteria. Deanie's traditional department store holiday window displays line Dauphine Street, adding a dose of holiday spirit to the neighborhood. Each of the five displays highlights a familiar Christmas theme, including Santa's workshop, Santa's elves decorating a tree, Santa and Mrs. Claus in a winter wonderland, and a traditional Nativity scene.
