Trinity, known for its imaginative cuisine, creative cocktails and bustling atmosphere, is inviting diners to celebrate National Burger Month in May during brunch on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30AM - 3PM.

Guests who come in to take a bite out of Executive Chef Michael Isolani's Wagyu Burger & Fries ($16) with Swiss, house made pickles, sautéed onions, iceberg lettuce and special sauce on a sesame semolina bun, will receive a complimentary glass of Louisiana-brewed Canebreak Wheat Ale.

Diners can also enjoy other brunch specialties including baked Harbison from Jasper Hill Creamery served on toast with seasonal fruit; Duck egg & Cajun caviar; and a warm Brussels sprouts and frisèe salad with crispy prosciutto, pickled red onions and a spicy sesame dressing. Brunch cocktails include a variety of bloody marys, as well as champagne cocktails.

Trinity's National Burger Month special is available Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, 10:30AM - 3PM, excluding Mother's Day on Sunday, May 14th.
