Café Beignet is pleased to announce that Eugenie Stevens has joined their team full time as Marketing and Social Media Coordinator.

Eugenie holds a Bachelors in English from the University of Holy Cross in New Orleans. Throughout college she gained experience working for the New Orleans Steamboat Company and the sister company Gray Line New Orleans in various positions. Eugenie also served as a Marketing Intern for her university and spent time interning with Gambel Communications, a New Orleans based Public Relations firm.

Eugenie joined the Marketing team full time at New Orleans Steamboat Company in 2014. She accepted diverse responsibilities and focused on the necessary skills for the expansion of social media presence for the Steamboat NATCHEZ, Gray Line, and Café Beignet (also a sister company).

As Café Beignet expands from three to five locations before the end of 2019, the need for full time attention on their brand is a necessity. Donna Shay, General Manager, shares “Eugenie’s skills will be critical as we make Café Beignet an even more widely known name to our visitors and locals alike. She will be using her social media experience to engage our audience in the experiences at our diverse locations, each offering not just beignets but breakfast all day, sandwiches, small meals, beverages and even live entertainment”.
